Changes to the Value Added Tax (VAT) treatment on our services as of January 1, 2022:
VAT on Services
Country specific VAT is charged to all customers located within the European Union (EU), unless the business customer has submitted a valid VAT registration number issued from the country where the customer resides. Reverse-charge is applicable to these business customers.
Colocation services provided from our datacenters to non-business customers is charged including Belgian VAT irrespective of the country where the customer resides.
